The 2025 CIA Annual General Meeting webcast will be taking place on June 25, 2025, from 11:30 to 13:00 ET. Chaired by the CIA President, it will provide a comprehensive overview of the CIA’s annual activities, including:

• A review of the election process and results
• Plans for the future from your incoming President-Elect
• The latest on the Institute from the CIA’s Executive Director and six councils
• A brief overview of the consultation underway on draft amendments to the Rules of Professional Conduct
• Updates from the Actuarial Profession Oversight Board
• The latest reports on CIA financials

CIA members with voting rights are being asked to vote electronically on:

1. Approval of the draft 2024 AGM minutes
2. Approval of the appointment of the CIA auditor for financial year 2025-26
