Annual General Meeting (AGM)

2026 Annual General Meeting

The 2026 CIA Annual General Meeting was held on June 29. More than 130 members were registered for the event.

CIA members voted on two items of business. The results were announced at the end of the AGM as follows:

1. That the minutes of the 2025 CIA Annual General Meeting be approved as presented.
   FOR: 268
   AGAINST: 2
   ABSTENTIONS: 70
2. That BDO Canada LLP be appointed as CIA auditor for the fiscal year 2026-27.
   FOR: 311
   AGAINST: 2
   ABSTENTIONS: 27
