Annual General Meeting

The 2024 CIA Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on June 26. 238 members were registered for the event.

CIA members voted on two items of business. The results were announced at the end of the AGM as follows:

1. The minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
   FOR: 304
   AGAINST: 4
   ABSTENTIONS: 88
2. The appointment of the CIA financial auditor for 2024-2025
   FOR: 352
   AGAINST: 7
   ABSTENTIONS: 37
