Board
The CIA is governed by a volunteer Board elected from the membership. The Board consists of the President, President-Elect, Immediate Past President and 12 Directors. Directors serve a three-year term, while the leadership positions each serve a one-year term. One Director position is reserved for a recent FCIA (certified within the last seven years).
