Respondents’ Handbook: The Canadian Institute of Actuaries Disciplinary Process (Effective January 1, 2024)

This handbook seeks to provide the Institute’s members with a brief overview of how the disciplinary process works, and how the disciplinary process may affect the Institute’s members in the event that a member’s conduct or work becomes subject to the Institute’s disciplinary process.
