Pursuant to Bylaw 20.04(3.1), a notice of the filing of a charge and referral of the charge to a Disciplinary Tribunal of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries is hereby provided to inform members of the Institute and the public about a current disciplinary case involving a current member of the Institute.
