This workbook contains tables for the 2024 Canadian Pensioner Mortality Research Project.
The Actuarial Standards Board is reviewing the research and will decide at a future date whether the new tables should be adopted as the standard for determining commuted values. The Pension Plan Financial Reporting Committee is also developing guidance related to the CPM2024 tables.
At present, table CPM2014 remains the standard for valuations.
