For all members

IT improvements and access to the CIA website

In our effort to serve you better, we will roll out additional IT upgrades in the coming weeks to improve your online membership system experience.

Our new customer relationship management (CRM) system delivers a more modern, efficient, and secure system that will better manage and protect your member data.

Your new My Profile will not only look better, it will include features to build your employment history, track your designations and qualifications in your profile, and apply online for membership.

Between today and October 15, please expect some disruptions to online services:

  • Starting today, you will not be able to edit your email subscriptions, as we are migrating to a new listserver system. All members of each discussion listserver will receive a separate email through the list with further details once the migration is complete. After October 15, you will once again be able to log in to My Profile and manage your subscription settings.
  • The website will be down for short periods starting October 11. We are making every effort to minimize disruption to members throughout these upgrades, but you may see a maintenance notice should you try to visit the site. As part of this upgrade, your account credentials, including your password, will be migrated automatically.
  • On October 15, you will be able to access your new My Profile and its features using your existing credentials. Should you notice any discrepancies in your profile information, or issues with any pages of the website, please let us know right away.
