Registration Information
FULL PAYMENT must be received at the time of registration; otherwise registrations will not be processed.
Your registration fee covers admission to:
• Networking opportunities;
• Entrance to all of the sessions;
• Keynote presentation;
• Two breakfasts;
• Two luncheons;
• Cocktail reception; and
• Refreshment breaks and more.
Registration after September 15
After September 15, registrations will only be accepted on-site (September 25 and 26). To expedite on-site registrations, please bring a business card to give to the person at the registration desk. We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and cheques.
Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations received in writing
by September 15 are eligible for a full refund less $100.00. No refunds will be issued
after September 15, but a credit note will be issued less $300.00 to cover food and beverage costs. Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue, may be transferred to another individual within the same company, and are valid for one-time use for any CIA meeting or seminar. Outstanding credit note balances will not be refunded.
No refunds or credit notes will be granted once the meeting has commenced. Special cases due to emergencies will be considered on an individual basis.

Please note that session selection is mandatory. If you do not know which session you would like to attend but wish to complete your online registration now, please choose “no selection” to proceed to payment. Contact
events@cia-ica.ca at any time to update your session selections or if you experience difficulty with the registration process.

When completing the PDF registration form, please remember to add the GST (5%) to all the fees. Confirmation of registration will be sent by e-mail within five business days.
