After October 20, registrations will only be accepted on-site (October 27-28). To expedite on-site registrations, please bring a business card to give to the person at the registration desk. We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and cheques.
Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations received in writing
by October 20 are eligible for a full refund less $200. No refunds will be issued after
October 20. Registration to the seminar may be transferred to another individual within the same company.
No refunds will be granted once the seminar has commenced. Special cases due to emergencies will be considered on an individual basis.
