Registration Information
Your registration fee covers admission to the following:
• Plenary sessions with keynote speakers and joint sessions;
• All concurrent sessions;
• Two breakfasts;
• Two luncheons;
• Networking breaks; and
• Networking Event – Rally in the Alley, joint with Colloquium delegates.
The Canadian Institute of Actuaries (CIA) reserves the right to use any photograph taken at any CIA event, without the express written permission of those included within the photograph. The CIA may use the photograph in publications or other print or online media material produced by the CIA.

Session selection is not required at the time of registration; however, registered delegates will be contacted to confirm session attendance prior to the meeting.

Full payment must be received at the time of registration; otherwise registrations will not be processed.
Each registrant’s registration form and fee must be received at the Canadian Institute of Actuaries office by June 10.
When completing the PDF registration form, please remember to add the HST (13%) to all fees. Confirmation of registration will be sent by e-mail within five business days.

After June 10, registrations will be accepted only on-site (June 28 and 29). An additional charge of $50.00 will apply. To expedite on-site registrations, please bring a business card to give to the person at the registration desk. We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and cheques.
Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations received in writing
by June 20 are eligible for a full refund less $200.00. No refunds will be issued after June 20, but a credit note will be issued less $350.00 to cover food and beverage costs. Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue, may be transferred to another individual within the same company, and are valid for one-time use for any CIA meeting or seminar. Outstanding credit note balances will not be refunded.
No refunds or credit notes will be granted once the meeting has commenced. Special cases due to emergencies will be considered on an individual basis.
