Paul-André Savoie

Paul-André Savoie, president and CEO of Baseline Telematics, is a seasoned entrepreneur, leader, and business person. He has founded nearly a dozen companies in the past 20 years, including Boomerang, which successfully installed over 200,000 tracking devices in vehicles across Canada in 10 years, serving over 30 partner insurance companies. As well, Datacom Wireless launched Mobilus, a next-generation GPS-based tracking system for theft recovery, and Mobicom for commercial fleet management applications. Finally, Guardian has equipped tens of thousands of vehicles with its proprietary DNA1 anti-theft parts etching system.

M. Savoie has been an administrator on several boards of directors such as the Québec Pension Fund (Régie des Rentes du Québec) and Fonds régional de solidarité (FTQ) de Laval. He has been awarded numerous recognitions such as Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, Entrepreneur of the Year from the Laval Chamber of Commerce, Ernst Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, and the grade of Officer of the Most Venerable Order of Saint John.
