Session Description Updates

As presenters are recruited, they may decide to change the wording of their sessions. For updates, please check the Program page.

Presentation Material

The CIA does not provide hard copies of presentation materials for sessions. All presentations received will be available on the Presentation Material page.

Presentations received after June 10 will be uploaded after the meeting. 

Interpretation

All sessions at the meeting will be recorded.  Some sessions will be interpreted (details will be provided in the final program).  Some sessions, or portions of sessions, may be in French only or English only. Please remember to pick up an interpretation device if you need one. A piece of ID is required as a deposit. 

As Blackberrys interfere with the audio equipment, please ensure that your Blackberry is turned off while in the session rooms.

Attendance at IAA Colloquium Sessions/CIA Annual Meeting Sessions

CIA Annual Meeting attendees will receive two tickets with their CIA Annual Meeting badge to attend any two sessions of the IAA Colloquium.

Colloquium attendees will receive two tickets with their Colloquium badge to attend any two sessions of the CIA Annual Meeting.

Tickets will be collected at the door.

Suggested Attire

Respectable casual attire is suggested for the meeting. No jeans please. New Fellows are expected to wear business attire for their presentation.
