Air Canada 

Air Canada is the official airline for CIA meetings and seminars. By flying Air Canada and using the convention number C2JPX8H1 you can save 10 percent on Flex, Latitude, and Executive Class Flexible fares. Just enter the convention number in the promotion code box when booking your online ticket at www.aircanada.ca. 

You can use the promotion code for round-trip fares and one-way fares into Toronto, but one-way fares out of Toronto are not eligible for the discount. 

VIA Rail Canada 

Special rates are available to CIA members travelling by train. When making your reservations, just provide the CIA Corporate Account identification number, 810710, to receive a 5 percent discount off the best available regular fare. This fare applies to a maximum of four passengers per purchase.

AVIS – Car Rental 

The CIA has special rates with Avis Rent A Car. For information or reservations, call 1-800-331-1600. When making your reservation, please indicate that you are with the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and quote our Avis Worldwide discount number C145099. Should a lower qualifying rate become available at the time of rental, Avis will give you a 5 percent discount on that rate.
