Ruth Brothers, CHRP, SHRP

Ruth Brothers’ business consultancy specializes in effective communications, influence and persuasion, leadership and talent development, business partnering, and career management. Her activities include leadership and business coaching of executives and high-potential talent, delivering a unique training program for corporate groups that aims to achieve powerful results by partnering and influencing, and career management consulting. An award-winning human resources professional whose current clients include several of Canada’s top 50 employers, she is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

Ms. Brothers’ career has included serving as vice-president of human resources for pharmaceutical company Teva Canada, plus similar roles at CAE, General Electric, and Nabisco. In addition to her consulting practice, she has run courses for Adler Learning USA and Humber College, Toronto, and served on the boards of human resources trade bodies.
