Nous examinons l\u2019incidence de cette phase sur la stabilit\u00e9 des prestations et sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, et nous mettons de l\u2019avant un nouveau m\u00e9canisme de rajustement afin d\u2019en corriger les limites. L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment central de cette nouvelle approche est le param\u00e8tre de rajustement\u00a0\u03b8, qui permet de mieux contr\u00f4ler la volatilit\u00e9 des prestations vers\u00e9es et des transferts de patrimoine d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e0 l\u2019autre.
