class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les membres du Groupe consultatif sur la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion de l\u2019ICA fournissent au personnel du si\u00e8ge social des conseils, des opinions et du soutien pour aider l\u2019ICA \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de ses membres en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion, notamment :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reconna\u00eetre les occasions pour l\u2019ICA d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de DEI;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fournir des renseignements pour l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019objectifs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discuter des tendances en mati\u00e8re de DEI et de leur incidence sur l\u2019ICA;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommander des mises \u00e0 jour des politiques et des proc\u00e9dures connexes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donner des conseils sur
