Cancellation and refunds
Send cancellation requests to cancel@cia-ica.ca.
Cancellations received in writing by September 10 are eligible for a full refund less $200.00. No refunds will be issued after September 10, but a credit note will be issued less $350.00 to offset food and beverage costs. Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue, may be transferred to another individual within the same company, and are valid for one-time use for any meeting or seminar. Outstanding credit note balances will not be refunded. No refunds or credit notes will be granted once the meeting has commenced. Special cases due to emergencies will be considered on an individual basis.
