Your registration fee covers admission to the following:

  • Plenary sessions with keynote speakers;
  • All concurrent sessions;
  • Two breakfasts;
  • Two luncheons;
  • Networking breaks; and
  • Networking reception.

Fellows, Associates, Affiliates, and Correspondents of another actuarial organization are eligible for 10% off the non-member fee. Complete this form to request a discount code.

Registration after June 8

After June 8, registrations will be accepted only on-site (June 21 and 22). An additional charge of $50.00 will apply. To expedite on-site registrations, please bring a business card to give to the person at the registration desk. We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and cheques.

Cancellation and refunds

Send cancellation requests to cancel@cia-ica.ca.
Cancellations received in writing by June 8 are eligible for a full refund less $200.00. No refunds will be issued after June 8, but a credit note will be issued less $350.00 to cover food and beverage costs. Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue, may be transferred to another individual within the same company, and are valid for one-time use for any meeting or seminar. Outstanding credit note balances will not be refunded.
No refunds or credit notes will be granted once the meeting has commenced. Special cases due to emergencies will be considered on an individual basis.
